Every necklace begins with a pearl. Chosen individually, then built around its character. Each piece is made once.
We believe a pearl necklace should be worn often, not saved for later. It should travel, celebrate, accompany, and become part of a life.
This is what has always set pearls apart. Their value lies not in immediate recognition, but in what they reveal over time.
Teri Roditi Aksel founded DiDi ARBA as an expression of her enduring fascination with pearls, their quiet strength, their ability to hold light, and the singular character of each one.
Her work is shaped by a deep respect for craftsmanship and an eye trained across cultures — Istanbul and Lisbon, the Grand Bazaar and the Atlantic coast.
DiDi ARBA is a jewellery house devoted exclusively to pearl necklaces. Each piece is conceived as a one-of-one composition: pearls are hand-selected for their character and glow; rare gemstones and, at times, antique or vintage elements are reimagined within each strand.
Our gold work is crafted by master artisans in Istanbul's Grand Bazaar, where centuries-old techniques meet modern precision.
